Called in for a quick lunch while doing some Christmas shopping. Two out of the three order screens didn't work so we ordered from the counter as it was fairly quiet. The young lady serving was very pleasant to be fair but that's where the positives ended. The cleared tables hadn't been wiped properly and during the 25mins we were there none of the other tables were cleared. Bits of food all over the floor and the place seemed quite grubby. On the evening we went in half of the restaurant was restricted although people were sitting in it the free booths where unavailable. And where we was forced to sit didn't smell great. Will only use for takeaway in future.

Service was slow, waited 15 min, to get a basic burger and fries, staff looked abit muddled like they didn't know what job they were on, and was a que of delivery drivers all waiting, I got a sorry for your wait. But they need to get organised, it would work better. And people who had hot drinks had to wait for sugar,milk,stirrers which I found odd.
