The employees over there were very antagonistic behaviour. They ignored us while taking the order. The food was despicable. The service they provided was unpleasant. We ordered food via drive thru they didn’t even put a tissue in it. No cup, Straws, forks. Worst experience ever had.

Staff at this place are totally incompetent!!!! Every single time there is always something missing from the order. Like you order online an go an collect it something is missing, go the drive through something is missing. I mean really how hard is it to work at kfc a get orders correct?????? It’s literally unbelievable!!

Came in last night and ordered quite a lot for my family. The staff were lovely. I didn't ask for the lady's name she had blue hair but she was lovely. Gave me some cookies for waiting so long which was kind. Really made my day!

Drove through and parked up waited for our food for hours,had to go in to collect our food.found out someone else claimed our food.very bad service.

I had order food on just eat, was given a completely different order, me and my partner have rang several times to try and rectify this and get the drive bk to us but no has answered, the food me got was a lot less then what we paid for and I have a family to feed. Now I have someone’s food waiting at the door to collected and a hungry family my order number is 220293915
I am regular costumer,i live in area and all the time the toilet it's disgusting...talk with manager but nothing...toilet it's same....from opening as well.Never see a disgusting smell in my life.Sorry kfc, i like you service and food bit need to do some changes

Diabolical. Only legs left at 6pm. Rude staff, took ages to take the order as they were busy talking about being under staffed. 25+ minute wait even for the legs they had left, do they cook with hopes and dreams here? Always slow at Cheshire oaks but today took the p. Then the order wasn't complete. It wasn't even busy, it's just cooking some fried chicken guys. Could do it in my sleep yet these people struggle as if it's the hardest job on the planet.Avoid and go to Greyhound park KFC instead. Won't bother with this one again now.
