We have just stop off at the cheshire oaks retail park kfc and the three members of staffs at counter specially "SOFIE" are a credit to your company. Sofie is very helpful and polite.

Unfortunately it was really poor overall the chicken was dry tasteless. the service they forgot our drinks. But the real shock was the toilets I can only describe disgusting and appalling the stains must have been days old also no soap to was your hands both mens and women's if we had gone to the toilets before we ordered we would definitely have not placed an order will never go back
