Great but keep the dogs out. Plenty of room for them outside. Don't see the point in bringing them inside. ?

I like Starbucks in general. Good, quick coffee, they serving lovely caramel shortbread. However staff would kill for crack of smile like most starbackses in UK employees look rather grumpy. (don't know why?) however I discovered conmetition has better offers. ?

It's okay, Starbuck's services have gone downhill since Covid, not the same as many smaller independent coffee shops offer better hot beverages and snacks for the value of money.

Before COVID it used to be always a busy site, however, most staff members were very nice despite the rush and influx of customers every time I visited. I mean who would be disappointed with some sweets and coffee? Although, the americano is served with too much water with not enough coffee that it does taste like drinking hot water at times.

Lots of staff behind the counter but only one person serving which ended up with a long queue waiting to be served. Toilets were dreadful, broken toilet seat and strong smell of urine. Walked in and straight out again. Tea was very weak with no taste but muffin and hubby's flat white were lovely. Sorry, but I will not be returning, oh yeah and I had to ask for the milk to be refilled, no apology for it being left empty. Lots of chatting between staff and not much enthusiasm to do their job.
Usually it’s excellent in here. We can bring our dog and the service is usually friendly.

It was clean and well stocked, but girl on the till seemed to just pretend to add the point/Star to my card? (shows in my app that she didn’t 😞) I don’t think she knew what to do, could have asked for help from someone else... just put a downer on a nice drink when I’m trying to convince my other half the Starbucks is nice. Better luck next time
