It's okay, Starbuck's services have gone downhill since Covid, not the same as many smaller independent coffee shops offer better hot beverages and snacks for the value of money.
Before COVID it used to be always a busy site, however, most staff members were very nice despite the rush and influx of customers every time I visited. I mean who would be disappointed with some sweets and coffee? Although, the americano is served with too much water with not enough coffee that it does taste like drinking hot water at times.

I like Starbucks in general. Good, quick coffee, they serving lovely caramel shortbread. However staff would kill for crack of smile like most starbackses in UK employees look rather grumpy. (don't know why?) however I discovered conmetition has better offers. ?
