Recently been renovated but still keeps it's charm as a good community pub. Excellent job. Nice friendly staff and good beer.

Typical pub grub but cooked and presented better than most.Service was ok but like a lot of places, they miss sales by not coming around to ask if we were ok for drinks.If you fancy a pub meal, then it would be difficult to find better in Congleton.

Attended the Railway pub for their Wednesday night quiz. Great atmosphere with reasonably priced drinks.
Came here on the off chance and was presently surprised! Great tapas and pizza. Madri on tap! Service was great and they were very busy.

You have to love it when a business would sooner a one off parking charge than a loyal customer who drops at least that amount in the till monthly! Avoid at all costs and go up the road to the hornsmill….better service, better food and no greed
