Ordered and paid for 3 meals, we were told there was a bit of a wait for food although the pub was fairly empty and no one seemed to be eating. 2 meals came out so started eating. A few minutes into the meal still no 3rd meal, went to enquire at the bar after 10 minutes to be told it had been missed in the kitchen!!! No one came to apologise and check if the meal had come out. To be fair the meal was refunded and the meal was made for my son but we had finished eating and he was frustrated at waiting. Not a good experience really.

Visited recently with my wife haven't been their in years. Still the same love the place lots of character. A proper pub. So warm & comfortable great food at a reasonable price. Good range of tasty well kept beers. Excellent helpful staff. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Knutsford. Will be back soon?

Easy friendly check in, decent size room with v comfy hypnos mattress and a clean bathroom with good shower pressure. We needed the fan as window opens only a few inches but that did the job

Had a nice walk round Knutsford centre and we called in to The Angel for a quick refreshment. We were warmly welcomed by the landlady and her partner...drinks were very reasonably priced and we ordered from the lunch special...£9.90 for a choice of wrap and a drink...so we paid £19.80 for 2 lovely wraps and a pint of crystal and a medium glass of rose...excellent value, we also had a lovely chat with the landlord putting the world to rights...apologies for no pictures but this place is highly recommended

Fantastic landlord/ landlady. A very friendly welcome. Great meal for evening meal in the pub. Cafes nearby for breakfast. Parking very close by. Great being able to get bottles of water and small milk cartons during our stay from a fridge located just outside the rooms. A great touch. Would definitely recommend

Can't fault the food unfortunately the service was terrible came for a birthday meal party of 12 pre booked a table meals came out all different times some of our friends had eaten there food while others were still waiting for their meals to arrive very disappointed with the whole experience

Super pub that offers accommodation. Bed and room are very comfortable . Ideal for a base to explore Cheshire. Tatton park, house and Gardens are a beautiful walk away from the angel. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay in Knutsford at the Angel at King Street. Great central location. Lovely rooms and bathrooms. Parking a few minutes walk away to nearest carpark. Breakfast station in the hallways to grab cereal, fruit or croissants. Lovely pub also

Today we booked Sunday lunch and we're not disappointed the service was excellent and the guitar solo was great Dominic was fabulous we can highly recommend this establishment it was great
