Best Chinese in Cheshire and the guy that serves me all the time is genuinely the kindest human being I know and I really don’t understand why it’s not Knutsford’s busiest takeaway, maybe need Delivery only issue but even I’d do it to ensure everyone else can see canton how I do!!!

I recently moved to the area and was recommended this take away.I had a favourite Chinese takeaway in my previous home area, however Canton's food actually beats that is now is my new favourite!The staff are very helpful as the menu was slightly different. The find was cooked in front of you, it was a little wait (but I did go at 6:30 on a weekend.The food was delicious ?Highly recommended this place!

The food in this place is amazing! I bought a big order as I had family over and they were all impressed. This will be my new local!The staff are very helpful and friendly and it’s nice that you can see through to the kitchen, you can see how clean they are then.

Very sad to say I'm not going again, been using canton for 3 or 4 years or so but last visit wasn't very good at all, my wife has gluten intolerance and she wasn't very well after my visit, and I didn't think it was up to its usual standards at all. Lovely staff as well, very sad.

Oh no, we’ve been loyal Canton customers for 5 years and never had a bad meal in that time. Canton has seemingly now changed ownership and the last two meals we’ve had were just awful by comparison. Look out for the gloopy sauces, crazy food colouring (curry sauce has gone bright orange, sweet and sour is now neon pink) and a complete lack of flavour. The egg fried rice and noodles were ok. At best, the two meals we’ve had were bang average, and the service was fine, but not as organised as previously. Unfortunately, it was just not worth the money on either occasion and it pains me to write this about our favourite takeaway.Canton, we need good Chinese food - please don’t do this to the people of Knutsford….

Best Chinese anywhere. We have been eating takeaway from Canton for over 17 years. Love the variety of delicious food and the friendly owner and staff.

Sweet and sour chicken was inedible. Very 'gluppy'. Peking ribs fatty under alot of sauce 4 ribs in total for a portion. Wont be returning. Waste of money

Such a sad thing when the sun sets on a good business. After being a customer for many years I can safely say I will never order from Canton again. Initially I was disappointed when after collecting, they produced unseasoned, overcooked food on the first occasion, but the response when we told them was completely unacceptable, compounded by the fact that when we returned to give them the partially inedible food back we were greeted by being told that by returning it WE were wasting food.... Please at least cook it to a standard where it doesn't hurt your mouth to chew before blaming it on the person that paid for it.... Our meal was, however, to be fair grudgingly replaced, unfortunately that was with now seasoned but again ridiculously overcooked food that we fed the bin rather than the family pets with. As a family we used to really enjoy ordering from their kitchen... For those of you that live in the local area and have enjoyed their menu in the past I really suggest that you look elsewhere as I really didn't get the impression that tonight was just a bad night
