This used to serve the best pizza for miles but the pizza chef left: : not sure what it like now for food. However, a great place with excellent beers : great for early doors

Beer is decent, but unfortunately the service is very poor. Staff seemed half-asleep and kept disappearing upstairs for ages. Customers were walking out as there was no one at the bar.

Friday evening and most bars in Knutsford were heaving. Project 53 almost empty. Discovered why, very loud group of friends spread out near the bar with dogs roaming free (I love dogs but having to step over them at the bar/watch as their wee is moped up is a bit much) making for a generally unpleasant experience. Hopefully a one off, but will there be a next time, not sure with so much choice on offer in the town.

Lovely little bar in Knutsford. They do lovely cocktails and the attention to detail with the drinking glasses they use makes it feel that extra special. Wanted to share this as things like this makes you remember certain places. We came again on the 17 December with a group of friends, all couples. We were looking forward to having a few drinks here after such a positive experience last time. Unfortunately when we arrived just before 10pm on. Saturday Night there was already a group of people inside drinking. As soon as we entered the bar the staff told us they were closing due to running out of drinks . When we asked what drink they had run out of he informed us he had run out of beer, coke and ice. Clearly he was assuming this would be what we wanted to order, when in fact we wanted something totally different.It was clear they no longer wanted to take anymore orders as they wanted to close early. I feel I needed to raise this review in case the owner is unaware that her staff are closing early, which indicates to customers that don’t want to be bothered serving anymore. This could impact a business significantly and it would be a shame to see such a nice place close due to being inconsistent with their closing times..

Great outlet for Mobberley Brewery. Three real ales. Went for the Golden ale, Summit. Three real ales plus craft fizz. Opened at 5pm so first customers. Good beer but card only..so only 4 stars from me because of this. Otherwise please visit.
