We had a fantastic Sunday roast and overall experience at The Botanist! The building is gorgeous and the decor is stunning, particularly the bar and the beautiful lighting fixture in the center of the room. We had the sweet chilli fries, the mushroom Wellington and the roast chicken (with pork stuffing), all of which were delicious. Also, the staff couldn't have been more warm and friendly. We went for dinner on Christmas Eve. The food is lovely. Service was friendly and not overbearing. The atmosphere was great, there was a singer but the sound wasn’t so loud that you couldn’t hold a conversation. All in all a pleasant evening. We would definately go back.

The service could have been a little quicker when taking our orders, however the food was fantastic. I had the Lamb roast dinner and everything was cooked perfectly. I would highly recommend here if you want a Sunday roast dinner.
