It was our first time coming here, we came as a family of 6. As we arrived we was told there may be a wait, which we didn’t mind as it was a busy Friday night. As we were waiting, the very lovely couple offered a round of drinks for our wait, provided the children with some nibbles and free ice cream all on the house, they both were so friendly and very apologetic. (I didn’t even think we waited too long)The food was to die for! Well worth the small wait. Best service and food in macc by far! We will definitely be returning. If I could rate any higher I would! Thanks again for an incredible evening, beautiful food and it was an absolute pleasure to meet you both! Lovely, lovely people!! ?

Best pizza anywhere. Give it a go if you aren’t sure! The beer selection wasn’t great on the day I went. Lots of strong beer but the keg light beer made up for it ??

Busy Friday night, delivery person very polite and apologetic, however halfway through pizza discovered long black strands of hair. Phoned the restaurant manager again very apologetic offering cash refund. Guess we won’t be ordering takeaway from them ever again

Absolutely superb establishment. Pizza is delicious and there's a great selection to pick from. Good selection of beer (especially the Happy Valley stuff they make themselves) and cocktails. The staff and service are excellent and the pub itself is really comfortable and welcoming. Best place in macclesfield for beer and pizza. Would highly recommend the Hoppiness.

Went for a pizza and to sample the Sworn Secret on draft, but got seduced by the newly-launched APA - I was not disappointed! The pizza wasexcellent as usual, and Grant is an excellent host.

We've eaten here a few times the atmosphere is very welcoming and they go out of there way for you and the pizzas are just amazing iv never been a pizza lover and iv been converted ? .The home brewed IPA is so nice and the gin they distil is definitely worth a try if your a gin lover .Great offers when eating in too definitely recommend giving them a visit this is now one of my top 5 places to eat xx
