Clean, nice service. Cool idea with the books, love that kind of thing. Quiet relatively, but don't like coffee in Costa much.

Very nice and helpful staff! They always keep the place clean and the food is very well displayed despite being understaffed. A lovely place to stop off after a shop around tesco or for a nice afternoon!

The Costa inside Tesco (not to be confused with the new drive thru store near by) is a great place to relax with a coffee and a book. There are some tasty vegan/veggie options available in the new January campaign and a good choice of alternative milks! The staff are always friendly and helpful, and I usually see the same customers in the cafe regularly. It has been turned around in the last year, and may the good work continue

The chairs and sofas are very dirty and disgusting.

First visit here, it took about 15 minutes to get served, only 3 people in front of me. It's a nice new store that should be great, however it seems really understaffed, either that or poor training. Priority is given for the drive thru, leaving people waiting about indoors. 7 uncleared tables and two trays lying about didn't add to the experience.

They never have napkins out. Staff claim too many are used and this is management policy. Never heard such rubbish.

Good place to pop in for a coffee while on a work break and also do some shopping.

Such a poor Costa. Always queues and the staff can't seem to tell the time. I went for my coffee at 15.55 but they shut at 16.00. maybe it's the complexities of the 24 hour clock. It can be tricky.
Still one of the best places to get a decent coffee.

Nice staff, quick service and good location

Not a bad Costa dropped a star because some items of menu not available

The staff at Costa hibel road are top people, however their constant staff shortages means that to go for a coffee and something to eat before going shopping, is often met with a closed coffee shop, it save us money which in turn means you lose money. This is a head office blunder.get it together guys..... Again we're back today, staff shortages! The guys are amazing, making up for the company's shortfalls. Back again for a coffee, but again shut due to staff shortages.fully stocked but nevertheless closed.

No proper cups as staff will not wash up due to 'staff shortages'.So how is this meant to be a customer owned problem when the price of a medium latter has risen from £2.80 to £3.20 in the last 18 months? Answers from a proper manager at HQ are invited.
