The staff at Costa hibel road are top people, however their constant staff shortages means that to go for a coffee and something to eat before going shopping, is often met with a closed coffee shop, it save us money which in turn means you lose money. This is a head office blunder.get it together guys..... Again we're back today, staff shortages! The guys are amazing, making up for the company's shortfalls. In Tesco Macclesfield, busy , but not too busy that they are overworked, however, they didn't fulfil my requirements, because they were too interested their own chitchat, didn't bother on this occasion, just wont be returning.

First visit here, it took about 15 minutes to get served, only 3 people in front of me. It's a nice new store that should be great, however it seems really understaffed, either that or poor training. Priority is given for the drive thru, leaving people waiting about indoors. 7 uncleared tables and two trays lying about didn't add to the experience.
