CLOSED FOR 20 MINUTES!! That was on some hand written sign at 10am midweek. You'd expect this on a corner shop, not on one of the biggest national fuel services. Disgraceful

Today i went to shell garage i was unable to put fuel in the car there was a lady she help me with that and i had a good experience she was very cooperative and polite even though she informed me about the loyalty card and i went trough it will vist super soon to meet her back ???

Well it’s another Shell petrol station, so we are not expecting anything out of the ordinary here are we? I use the Shell app for filling up and paying. It seems to work very well and goes through Apple pay which I prefer. I don’t really track the fuel prices, not noticed it being particularly high or low here. A little bit confusing as neither entrance is marked in or out
Never open in the morning at 7am, staff rude and unhelpful when there, was told to wait 10/15 mins for petrol as he had only just arrived, went to work and called for petrol on my way home and he was putting a sign on the door saying closed for 20 mins, there was myself and a guy wanting petrol and the member of staff banged on the door pointing to the sign. had to hope I made it to another petrol station,Won’t be returning again

I went into Shell yesterday just to grab a drink, I often used this station for coffee and fuel but after the way the owner spoke to me I will never support them again.
