Visited today to be greeted by copious amounts of fruit flies in the restaurant and dirty tables. Slow service when it wasn’t busy, one member of staff was unapproachable and miserable to say the least. Toilets were dirty and no toilet roll provided.

I've been going here for the past three days as I've stayed at the travel lodge. The food is overpriced but the staff are so lovely ( hense the 5 stars) my past three times going in here have been the best experience with customer service staff I've ever had

Used to be pretty competitively priced on fuel. Now these days it’s a rip off. Frequently 5-6p more per litre than other surrounding stations. Currently fuel is 10p more per litre than Texaco in Northwich. Losing local customers.

Staff was friendly, but it was a mess and no toilet paper. It was not busy, so the tables could have been cleaned. Tables need a wipe, and toilets need a clean.
I just wanted to give a shout out to a lovely young lady, Esmé who served my husband & I this afternoon. She was a real sweetheart & a credit to your company. She knows her stuff & can pour a fantastic cappuccino! She really exudes kindness & sadly, that is SUCH a rare quality on display these days. Keep up the great work Esmé & you will go far! Also, the lovely chap who took our order was SO kind as well. What a nice in-store experience.

Visit regularly, but as do many others, Masam has memorised my two top drinks. He’s always in a fantastic mood and makes a mean Caramel Macchiato properly! The entire team are always super friendly, shout out to Nikki as well.

Not been in for a while due to past experiences. However went in today (Friday) and was greeted by a very cheerful guy called Basum who was friendly and welcoming and made our drinks perfectly. The building is still a bit unwelcoming by way of decor but they have cleaned it up a bit and we had a pleasant relaxing drink before the school kids arrived. Just a few little touches - Maybe some sparkly warm white fairy lights would help with the ambience. How about it Starbucks? This is the only one of its type in the local area. Don’t lose out to the big C ?

Miserable manager there on the day I visited (quite some time ago) no customer focus was evident at all, apart from one of the general staff who seemed alot more thoughtful . But the manager's outlook put me right off going there... Thankfully it's usually a good experience at other shell stations I go to. But this one i now literally 'steer clear' of.
