Service was nice enough and I felt very sorry for them because they had basically run out of a lot of food.Only two options of bread were available, no bacon, there was one miserable looking cookie left. They didn’t have water either and the whole place looked like it needed a good clean.We ended up buying drinks and sweets at the Shell next door. Very disappointing.

We ordered via the app to collect instore. The young server behind the counter was by herself. She apologised for our wait ( which is understandable considering she is working alone on a busy Saturday ) Food was great and service was too.

Ordered delivery online, when it arrived the order was wrong and there were items missing. Ended up getting half the order refunded.Dietary restrictions: I ordered a gluten free sub and it arrived on gluten bread. I'm a celiac and couldn't eat anything.

Never been so disappointed by a subway before. Visited at Wednesday lunchtime. There were 4 people in front of me in the queue, I thought not bad usually only takes 10 minutes or so to get through that many. I ended up having to wait 40 minutes until I got served. I counted 5 customers that gave up and left presumably because they would have been late for work.The 2 staff there were extremely slow, asking what people wanted on their subs over and over even though they had been told 10 seconds earlier.I am not sure if it’s the staff being slow or being understaffed this lunchtime but there needs to be something done as it was not on at all.To top that off, when requesting the salads I wanted on my sub, the girl put on a tiny amount of lettuce. When asking for more, she said that tub of lettuce needs to last them until their next delivery. I can understand that it isn’t the staffs fault here but as I paying customer I should get the usual amount of salad.The owner/manager needs to make some improvements at this store. More consistent deliveries of stock, better trained/more staff. Won’t bother coming back here for a few months at least, whilst they hopefully get their act together.
