I’ve always got the same take out dish for years, Chicken yellow bean, but tonight it was tough overcooked chicken, and definitely not worth the £13 price tag! Years ago it was yellow bean cashew nut, I completely understand why the cashew nut isn’t in it anymore, but it used to be gorgeous, not anymore! It used to have a beautiful flavour, with celery, and chicken in. Definitely won’t be ordering again, which is sad!

What can I say other than Wow we booked in on 10th to celebrate Chinese new year the Year of the Dragon ? the food the staff the atmosphere were all absolutely amazing ? the staff were so polite and attentive we had an absolutely amazing evening the dancers and kung fu was amazing highly highly recommend cannot recommend any

Loved the food. Great atmosphere. Staff very nice and helpful.Why the 2 stars??? Well at double the price of any other Chinese restaurant we won’t be heading back. I’ll go to a different Chinese and pay half the price.

We have had the pleasure of eating in with family on all our special occasions over the last 20 years and with friends, and now regularly as a take out as well! Food is by far the best and service incredible.Cannot recommend highly enough.Parking: Easy to park usually within a two minute walk

Had the restaurant booked for nearly 2 weeks only to be told that on New Year’s Eve they’ll only be serving banquets at £60pp. Not good customer

Called into Mr Chows to purchase a gift voucher to the value of £200. No welcome or greeting from the 2 members of staff that dealt with me ,in fact one of the said ‘ you can do this on line ‘ l am so glad l didn’t. I simply asked have they got wheelchair facilities only to be told the only entrance is up 3 steep steps no ramp available you will have to lift the wheelchair up the steps . No disabled toilet which made me decide this restaurant does not care enough to facilitate disabled people. When l questioned this ‘ l only work here’ l asked to see the manager who was not available. Found this unacceptable and could’ve been dealt with in a more courteous manner . Would not recommend this restaurant although did not have the chance to comment on the meal .

Delicious food and great service. Opted for banquet on menu - portions more than generous with staff happy to pack up uneaten food as a “carry out” for later House wine excellent
My wife said it was a little expensive, probably the best Chinese I have had in a long time.... That's probably why!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free was excellent!

We visited as a party of 19 for a reunion. We were seated as we requested in the two alcoves in The champagne bar side of the restaurant. Staff were lovely and did all they could to make our evening enjoyable. We had the dim sum platters and crispy duck which came out promptly and piping hot. Lovely evening. The lovely lady we asked to take our photos at the end of the night went over and above to capture our memories of a fabulous evening - Thank you so much and Well done Chows ??
