Visiting an old friend to celebrate New Year we decided to have lunch here for the first time since last year's re-opening. Visited today and had the Sunday roast sharing platter it was first class. It was very tasty and plentiful. We had a lovely table with view over the marshes and Welsh hills and our little dog was given a lovely welcome too? The price is very reasonable and had we not been driving we would have added a bottle wine for only £10. We will def be back again the staff were very friendly and we had great service.

We’ve been to The Red Lion on many occasions including their music night on the last Thursday of each month which is great and their small plates of food are exceptional…. Tried the sharing Sunday roast platter today ….. wow!!!! Absolutely beautiful, tasty, value for money (£19.99 between 2!!)
