Ordered and collected take away first time in a couple of years we tried Greenbank as we use another outlet Very disappointed terrible bland Rojan Josh possibly the worst prawn puri hi have ever had completely tasteless will not return Again

Ordered food at 6:30, said delivery was 7:55, which we thought was quite a while, but was doable. However by 8:16 the food still hadn’t arrived so we rang the restaurant, where they assured us it had just left to be delivered. By 8:55 it was an hour late, so I rang again, where they said it was close and they would give us a discount, which we found acceptable. When the food eventually arrived it tasted pleasant, however I then found a long bleach blonde hair in the food, when none of us have this type of hair. So safe to say we will not be returning and definitely don’t recommend.

Had a big order and delivery for our works Christmas party at owley wood club in Weaverham. Food was absolutely fantastic, delivery bang on time, curries so tasty, highly recommend this restaurant, thank you greenbank balti we will be ordering again ??

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is not the first time we have had issues with this company and our food being cold or having the wrong food delivered. Tonight I rang up after waiting a long time for our food to be delivered as it turned up freezing cold. When I say freezing cold I mean freezing it was as if my onion bhaji hadn’t even been cooked. I called and was passed around a number of people and told that when the food left it was warm so what was the problem. We will not be using this company again. Customer service is terrible. They asked me for a picture of my cold food so they could see if. Have you ever heard anything so silly. A picture of my cold food. Why were they excepting icicles on it? Don’t us this company.
I phoned at 16:35 and asked for my food to be delivered for 19:00, it turned at 20:10 after 2 calls asking where it was, usual bull, "the driver left 20 minutes ago" When I got the food it was cold, I phoned and complained and they didn't care. What they do is deliver all the food to Kingsmead in one delivery irrespective of what time you ordered it for, and they have have the arrogance to charge for delivery. I won't be going back to Greenbank Balti and hopefully others will stop too, then let's see if their arrogant attitude will change then

Delicious food delivered tonight both curries were fantastic ( Bhuna and Garlic Chili Chicken) garlic naan and garlic fried rice were spot on ?only gripe was we had to pay £3.50 delivery even though we're 2.2 miles away using the castle town center route which is the quickest ?, but highly recommend 5*.
