from the multiple times ive ordered from this mcdonalds, i cant say im very pleased eith the food, i requested once a triple cheese with nothing but ketchup on it,,, onions everywhere,,, sometimes when i order everything feels like rubber, dry and stale, half empty drinks when delivered sometimes too, just shocking honestly.. you guys especially need to take food allergens seriously, burger was covered in onions.

The staff are totally dysfunctional. 6 people stood talking. 1 person making a burger than eventually once the burgers are made they realise they have to do some more chips. This place would function far better with just 2 good staff - ticket machine is always empty , can’t Evan be bothered to fill that. Worst McDonalds I’ve been in

Northwich Mcdonalds is absolutely awful . The food is always luke warm and The hygiene in there is disgraceful and always full of teenagers screaming and shouting .

Genuinely horrendous, ordered on uber eats on got half of it with 1 out of 2 drinks, the one i got wasnt even the right one, im actually shocked how you could get it so wrong, dont know if they have some sort of aliens from a completely different planet working there but they definitely arent on this planet, sort it
Absolutely shocking customer service and food!!! Ordered from just eat half of order missing wouldn't let me collect it the next day had no drinks whatsoever and this is the 5th time this has happened. Do not ever order from this place its horrendous and the staff do absolutely nothing to help

Absolute terrible customer service. Ordered online McDonald's website and it transfers you to Uber eats as they are delivering. Food took 40 minutes to arrive after it said it had left McDonald's. When I called McDonald's after waiting for about 30 minutes I spoke to a female Manager and said I wanted either a refund or fresh food making and sending up. She said its nothing to do with them and she can't help. She told me to contact Uber eats. I told her that I ordered off McDonald's and I don't have my food yet so want a refund. Again she refused. When the food came it was freezing cold and the coke was spilt all over inside the paper bag. I tried to complain on the app but it wouldn't let me. Never buy from this store again.
