When you wait over 70 minutes to receive this monstrosity and have the phone put down on you when you ask for your money back. Absolute jokers, go domino’s instead at least you don’t get crumpled up, late, cold pizza ?

Tried to order online, couldn’t so had to call them. Ordered but was informed they could only accept cash… collected as they wont deliver to my address. Worst “mozzarella” cheese if that even is mozzarella i have ever tasted, taste more like craft cheese/brie was disgusting, what a waste of money and time I couldn’t even finish one slice. Will never ever buy from them ever again feel sick now

Fast delivery, but what a load of awfulness, I've got indigestion from two slices of it; whatever it is/was supposed to be ? Certainly not pizza. Not cooked, raw tomato puree, mac and cheese, please don't insult me, never again

Let’s face it, Pizza Hut isn’t special. But this is one of the better Huts and the food comes out FAST andctastes great. Job done….
No gluten free options anymore.It's not a trend or lifestyle choice for those who are gluten intolerant or Coeliac.

Scam, I paid online for it then to change that they are not delivering even though I paid. I contacted them and they would not help other than to contact the head office which seems to be impossible to get through to.

Pointless if they just close the website when they get busy. Pizza hut is great, Northwich pizza hut is not!

Fantastic service and incredible food... 10/10... big shout goes out to the guy on the counter, I've been having a bad day and he smiled and made me smile ... the food was just as good as this guy's smile

Tried to order a pizza for collection from the Northwich branch, which is only 4 miles away, and they said that they can't deliver. Don't understand why as the Indian which is less then a minute away can deliver ? Disappointed
