Not as good as previous visits, we ordered small chips curry sauce, large sausage chips and curry and a fish, the chips were mildly warm not fresh and the fish was dripping in grease unfortunately, yes i could have gone back in to notify you but at £19.50 I really think fresh hot food isnt too much to ask for, also just too add we didn't travel anywhere to allow the food to go cold we ate outside the shop,

I went yesterday, I'm not local from Northwich either was treated very nicely and honestly the best Fish and Chips I've ever had. The Fishcake was tremendous wish I brought 2 haha ??????

Got 2 large chips and gravy’s absolute joke at £12 and the chips were dry as anything

Me and my friend went tonight I had chips and sausage he had sausage dinner. I couldn't eat it. Chips were dry and seemed hard. Definitely didn't taste fresh in my opinion. sausage wasn't nice luke warm.and hard My friend said his dinner wasn't nice chips again very dry and sausage hard and he didn't like it For the price I was expecting so much better . Used to visit loads and was great so not sure if changed hands. Perhaps we were unlucky tonight. Plus the wait seemed long just for the chips and sausage.
We went to support the shop on the first night of it's re-opening after it was closed due to the fire. We got the Haddock & the Cod and both were really good, fresh, big chunks of fish and not remotely greasy. Make sure you go if you're in the area, It's a lovely family run business serving excellent food!
