Nearly 2 hours for delivery. When it finally arrived the meat was burnt and items was missing from the order. I called the restaurant and they said they can't do anything about it and put the phone down on me.

Bit underwhelming to be totally honest, ordered a full piri-piri chicken but it was dry and covered in the grey material that you don't really eat but was a struggle to scrape off, slathered in sauce to give it some flavour but the chicken won! Chips were no better than micro chips, in fact micro chips would win as they would've been warm ? should've looked on Google maps before ordering, lesson learned!

My daughter ordered a chefway today monday 24th july 2023 shes type1 diabetic she is also 4 months pregnant she taken her insulin for her food and then waited over an hour off ordering the food they said they couldn't deliver,when I phoned to explain they had to cancel because off too many orders,resulting from tonight 24th July my daughter had to seek medical advice because this mistake made my daughters bloods and k-tones go high which is so harmful for her and her baby,massive mistake

.waited 2 hours for a food delivery..was spoken to rudely by staff members after calling twice over the 2 hour period..was lied to about how long our food would be (“it’ll be there in 10 minutes our driver has just left”). Which was completely untrue..cold and hard on arrival after spending £40.

They have also home delivery service and they will always arrive on time. From 3 pm to 11 pm the customers crowd is the sign of their good behavior and tasty foods. They will always supports customers for having a good food. I always buy tasty snacks, burgers, pizzas from this restaurant.
