Silver Crown Pizza are nasty people to do business with. Especially if you are black and You are not Muslim.They failed to pay for £4 crossing charge on the Runcorn bridge only to get a fine for £22 which is going up to £42. The worst bit they are threatening me with the police.

Everytime I order shish I have never got it it's always chicken foods ok I give them 5 stars for the food normally but they need to take shish of the menu if they havnt got it any time

Ordered from Silver Crown via Just Eat. Ordered confirmed then the long wait started. Status initial said up to 90 minutes. Then just as the due time approached it was extended by another 30 minutes which came and went. I then ran up Silver Crown and was told by the manager that it will be 10 minutes. Then the progress was suddenly updated to with delivery driver. Another 30 minutes and nothing, then the status was updated again to delivered! So, I rang again, and the manager just flipped straight away screaming at me saying "I already told you it will be 10 minutes!" When I eventually managed to get my voice heard I told him that was over 30 minutes ago. He then screamed at me "they are very busy, and I had ordered through Just Eat!" so what? My young daughter was in tears when she heard him shouting at me. Then 15 minutes later if finally arrived. So over two hours! I ordered myself a XXL donor kabab but what I got was a very burnt dry pizza base with very little donor meat on top, defiantly not XXL and not kabab! No fresh tomato and no sauce as specified. Ended up chucking the charcoal pizza base in the bin. It was absolutely disgusting and the so-called manager is a disgrace. Tried ringing back to complain in the hope of getting what I ordered, but no answer! After reading reviews it's clear I am not the only one who has been shouted at and given a pizza base n instead of kabab. I will definitely not be ordering from Silver Crown again! It’s an appalling place and the so called “Manager” is an absolute disgrace!!!

Food was nice, shame about the delivery. Handed me the pizza box vertically so everything mushed a bit at bottom of box. Would have been higher rating if it wasn't for the driver.

Waited over two hours for a pizza and kebab. No excuses for the absurd time it has taken to deliver. Still not arrived at time of writing and cannot get through to phone asking where delivery is as constantly engaged, assume phone off the hook! Woeful!!

Third time ordering from here and still nothing to complain over, the food is lovely. The delivery guy has always been friendly and there’s only been one time it took longer than it stated (this was a Saturday) so I completely understand as it’s a very busy day, the food was still hot and tasty so we did not care. Fantastic, will be ordering again ☺️.
Ordered jacket potato with Tuna mayo, a long with 16inch pizza and Donner kebab. Kebab arrived on a plain pizza base no pitta bread. The jacket potato had no Tuna in it only mayo and was smothered in cheese, which I don’t like also cold. I rang to complain and was advised that another jacket would be sent, no cheese. The replacement potato finally arrived but was stone cold.The standard of Silver Crowns food has hit rock bottom

If I could rate a 0 star I would, food didn't even turn up. Rang an hour and a half after ordering to be told its on the way and then tried ringing half an hour after that and no answer. No food has arrived.
