Amazing friendly staff! Nice coffees and good location. Gets quite busy at certain times.Dietary restrictions: There's a variety of milk alternatives and decaf options always available

Such a pleasant atmosphere and environment. Food was delicious.Vegetarian options: There are plenty of options including a new range of vegetarian items.Dietary restrictions: The choice of food includes vegetarian and even vegan options. Plus if you ask nicely the staff will help as best they can.Kid-friendliness: The staff are friendly and helpful to mums who visit with their children in pushchairs and prams, or just with their child. Children of all ages are welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: Space for wheelchair possible. This is due to enough space and that many mums visit with prams and pushchairs on a regular basis. So access is quite good.

You can't really enjoy a relaxing coffee here, to many screaming kids running around. Tables with babies lying on them - not a table I'd want to eat off - don't think i'll be going again.Kid-friendliness: too many of them!

Always excellent coffee and a clean shop. Rosie and her team are always willing to help whilst being professional and friendly at all times.

Just want to say a huge thank you to the ladies at Costa Ssndbach. Today I somehow managed to spill my drink all over myself, table, and the floor. Not only did the ladies insist I didn't help clean up the mess, they also gave me another drink free of charge. Excellent customer service ???

The friendly, cheerful staff at this Costa are the reason for this post, as they made this Old Thing feel genuinely welcome. Two delightful young baristas who reminded me of my lovely grandaughters. The Costa itself has good WiFi and air-con and is more spacious inside than it appears from the street. It's a typical Costa but with great staff. So 5 stars for them.

Poor choice for vegans especially compared to other costa coffees, they have the same choice of 1 cake for over a year if not longer!

Clean and tidy cafe, friendly staff.

We paid £4.95 & £4.25 for two vastly overpriced sandwiches ( ham & cheese & cheese & tomato ) One tiny slice of ham & virtually no tomato. Not great ☹️ On the plus side the latte was good & so was the rocky road & tiffin but it comes at a price! We didn't get a lot for £19.The staff are good & it's clean & tidy but be prepared to queue up for the shared toilet. We won't be back in a hurry . . .
