SandbachWe stopped here during a long drive from the north back to London, and it turned out to be the perfect little haven. The pub itself is beautiful, the atmosphere relaxed, and the food genuinely gorgeous. We ordered a few starters and the sausage and mash, everything was absolutely divine.
What really made the experience special, though, was the staff. They were incredibly warm, thoughtful, and genuinely accommodating. I accidentally left behind a sentimental item, and they went above and beyond to make sure it found its way back to me in London. They kept in touch, called with updates, and even checked again to make sure it arrived safely.
A lovely place with lovely people! We’ll definitely be stopping by again. Thank you team!

18 Millpool Way, SandbachSymphony recently provided a Moroccan buffet for us. Andy was super quick to communicate with and was flexible in confirming final numbers until a few days before our event. The fresh salads and roasted veg cous cous were really good and the serving team were very helpful and efficient. Would definitely use again.

It was a quiet evening so they were able to accommodate us and were very welcoming when we arrived.\n\nYou have to take your own drinks so we visited the local supermarket beforehand.\n\nUsual selection of Indian cuisine and all served together. It was a midweek lunchtime, so it was fairly quiet, but that`s fine by us. It hadn`t changed much and brought back a lot of memories. Traditional pub menu was good and food arrived quickly, was very well cooked and piping hot. You can choose from 2 portion sizes, an option which we always appreciate and not enough places do it. This time we did go for large. Nice selection of beers and staff were attentive. Car parking is plentiful, but do take care pulling out onto the busy A50 !

I believe their current location is newer than when this restaurant first opened which may be why.\n\nThey have a great menu and the food was excellent. Our party had either pizza or pasta and all of us commented how good the food was.\n\nThe only let down was the service. When we first arrived and drinks orders were taken, the waitress took one drink order at a time, as in took an order and prepared it, came back and took another. That said, the other waitress that took and brought our food order was brilliant.\n\nOverall would definitely recommend - if you can actually book a table, they fill up fast.

First thing I'll say is, the decor is modern and fresh, I'm not really a fan, I prefer warm and cosy. There is really harsh spotlighting and we both said it's like being in a staff canteen. If this is your thing then great, but it's not to our liking.
The service was good, we were greeted by a young girl, who quickly found us a table as we hadn't booked. It turns out it was her first night and we were both impressed with her. The manager on the other hand I feel was being really hard on her and in front of the customers. She was doing a great job for me and it spoilt my enjoyment a little seeing him constantly having a go at her.
The food was lovely, my wife had a Lasagna and I had a Pizza. The Lasagna was flavourful and the right size portion. Not too big, not too small. My Pizza was spot on.
We'll visit again for sure. We probably won't rush back as we've been to other places lately we prefered. The harsh spotlights for me are a bit of a turn off.

464a Crewe Rd, Wheelock, SandbachHave not visited this restaurant for some time and was pleasantly surprised at the vast selection on the menu, good value for money and great service. It’s a great spot by the canal so if weather permits you can sit outside. Food was very tasty and the range of dishes offered included non Italian options. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and worked hard. If you park they will check with you and sort as the car park is monitored. The staff worked hard and I recommend you give it a go. I had a chicken dish with tomato, peppers and chilli, it was well executed and very enjoyable.

School Ln, Warmingham, SandbachWe ended up here after a really awful Airbnb experience, and honestly, this pub saved our trip. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel welcome and looked after. Kayleigh in particular went above and beyond—she was kind, calm, and genuinely cared that we were okay.
The room was absolutely lovely and spotless, the food was really good, and they even gave us a little box of treats and a toy for our dog, which was such a thoughtful and cute touch. It turned a stressful situation into a genuinely positive memory. Great atmosphere, amazing people, and incredible service when it mattered most. We can’t thank you enough and will definitely be back.

1 Hightown, SandbachWe’ve eaten at The Wheatsheaf a couple of times now and the food has been excellent each time. The menu is well put together, with a good range of options, and the quality of the food is consistently very good.
It also has a really nice dining atmosphere. It feels a little more special than your average pub, so it’s a great choice when you want something slightly fancier for a meal out in Sandbach.
The staff have always been friendly and helpful as well, which makes the experience even better.
Definitely recommended if you’re looking for a good meal and a relaxed but polished setting.

The service was great, the young gentleman had great chat about the beers that were pouring and clearly gave a damn. A drop in visit became the highlight of my evening.
