I've completely gone off Dominos now due to the fact they don't like to put toppings on certain slices of your pizza. This has happened a few times now and it's annoying me. I don't appreciate just cheese on at least 4 of my slices when I've ordered a pizza with multiple toppings. Don't pay extra for toppings because guess what you don't even get them because they scrimp on the toppings. We ordered 4 pizzas and 2 of the pizzas had hardly any toppings on and the other 2 were great. I will be putting in a complaint because if I would like just a cheese pizza I will buy it! But no I ordered a pizza with multiple toppings and got scraps.Absolute rubbish especially for the price you pay and they give slices with just cheese and the sauce.

Normally I receive good service from this store with it being my local store. But tonight was a completely different service that I received. By the sounds of it their coupon service that they have in place has an out of sight policy! Once you’re out of sight it expires. Their store manager (Anna) was just utterly disrespectful and rude on the phone. She wouldn’t give me their head offices number for me to contact them which I think is outrageous.

The worst customer service experience I have ever received. I ordered £80+ of pizza based on an Alsager post code. When I went to collect from Alsager, they advised that the order had been sent to Sandbach. I requested delivery or a full refund and was refused both options. I’ve lost £80 and a hour of time.The worst part was the Sandbach Manager refused to give their name and hung up on me!I will never use dominos again. Absolutely awful customer experience.

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides for £30 which apparently was a deal! Both pizzas had hardly any meat on, all toppings were in the centre of the pizza nothing on the edges, garlic bread was undercooked and had tomato sauce in the centre? And the wedges were wet and mushy. What a waste we hardly ate any of it. Even the boxes they came in was collapsing in on themselves

After speaking to the store manager we were told they could only give us a 50% refund or we could drive to sandbach to collect. This was not our fault and we were penalised. The manager refused to give us her name and hung up. I will be taking this to the regional franchise manager. Disgraceful customer service. Alsager store would not make our pizzas for us as they are a different franchise. They didn't come out of this much better.I will never spend another penny at dominoes!
