Don't stop if you have a baby and disabled person in the car. We sat waiting for ages for either a family or disabled bay. Every one of them were taken by lazy people eating in car, not one child or disability badge in any of them. We were so desperate to stop, feed baby, eat and use loos and nappy change too. Yes, it was busy but spaces, unsuitable for our needs were available further back. Management, please check.

The food eating area was dirty to say the best with food and litter all over the floor. The floor which looked clean with sticky and that made it feel even more dirty. The wait for McDonalds was almost 20 minutes and actually not that busy. The toilets were dirty and smelt strongly and not in a good way. The car park was a mess with litter. This is by far the worst services I have been too.

Had Lunch at Fresh Foods at the Roadchef Sanbach. We had freshly made fish and chips with mushy peas. It was nice and it was fresh

Desperate for the toilet stopped at Sandbach toilets borderline ok. McDonalds food cold (not a thing we normally eat) it was getting late, floor could do with a sweep and accompaniment station not well stocked But the biggest shock was prices in Menzies £2.55 for bottle of water I decline and at a tesco express got 12 for some price. As a result I will not give Menzies my custom anywhere now. Tip Use toilet and leave ensure you have enough supplies for long trips.

Convenient for a coffee and sandwich. Relatively clean, no major issues. Was very busy but that wasn't surprising.

on our way back from creams and everyone can appreciate how busy they were but this amount of chips for a medium meal?!?… and a flat depressing coke with no ice and rock solid burgers. so much better north side

Definitely do not stop here even if you’re desperate the toilets were absolutely revolting with sanitary products on the floor and certainly not been cleaned in a long time, then went to the McDonald’s to get a coffee and some food which we rapidly threw in the bin after seeing two cockroaches close to the kitchens and seating area AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!!!!!!!!!

Am disabled and need a stick to get around, when I went in a lot of people where ordering from the screens. I went to the counter and got served straight away by a great girl the was behind the counter, she got my order together and then carried it out to my car in the disabled bay for me. Excellent customer care and very friendly, brilliant service. Thank you
I go north bound regular and it's the best MDS around but unfortunately had to go south side this time the woman serving clearly didn't want to be there she was very rude to me and got my order wrong. She tried to blame me for her mistake. If this was north side I'd have gave a 10/10 this lady needs trained in customer service as her manner was appalling!

Long wait, had a lattee with meal sat there for 5min, told them I'd like another as that 1 will be cold, he made another and left it on side again for further 10 minutes until meal was ready. Fish fillet was hot, chips and drinks was cold. Couldn't be bothered asking for new chips and drink so I binned them and left. Worst one I've been so far and noticed a worker never washed his hands after making several types of burgers up. Possibly cross contamination with meat and meat free meals, terrible job this morning

The food was fine- I got a black coffee with hash brown and mcbacon sandwich. Reliable as always! We used the automated ordering system which worked fine! Not too busy we visited at 7:20am
