“This place was highly recommended to us by a trusted regular customer called Arthur ! So we made the journey to see for ourselves Great parking Really cosy looking cafe with fairy lights and one side of windows over looking the donkeys and the sheep. You can feed the donkeys with older carrots left on the windowsill! Great choice of all sorts of food. All day breakfast items which is good. Reasonable prices lots of room for wheelchairs etc The staff were all really lovely and friendly They accommodated our daughters dietary requirements no problem and when it came it was lovely Everything we ordered was tasty and hot Across the car park is a farm shop and a gift shop they sell ice cream too We would definitely recommend this place and we will be back when in the area”

“Amazing spot for coffee! Feels old world and cozy but stark and white at the same time. Owners and or staff were so welcoming. The porthole in the wall is amazing for photos up the street. Coffee was good too. Perfect spot to pause when you are walking the wall.”

“i walked the complete 34 miles of the Sandstone trail, and was very lucky the trail literally walked into the Cafe, probably the best sausage roll and snacks i had this hot summer (5 of June), a very much needed cold drink and hot drinks , the staff made the visit for me, worth the five stars, if they ever remake Logans run, i hope they use the Castle as a back drop.”

“We try and stop at the Station house when passing because it makes for a good relaxing coffee stop.Ideal for Concerts at Delamere forest, visiting Go Ape or even on your way to Liverpool.Just a nice size,a "cosey" feeling station house with tables inside and out set within a large carpark.Dog friendly with plenty of cyclists, walkers and commuters passing through.Once through the door you order whatever at the tiny counter and then wait. The menu is huge with a great choice, but it's not cheap. It can get a bit congested in the doorway but just grab a table and just people watch,it's great. The trains stop here which is interesting to see on their way to Chester and Manchester.A very interesting place to stop.Parking: Quite a bit of parking around the property but depends on how busy it gets. You obviously have the railway station here too.Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors into the property makes it easy to enter. It can get busy just inside the door but you will get through.”

“Food was 10 out of 10. Me and my Mrs got the burgers and skin on fries. The beef was very fresh just like a butchers. We sat inside and it was a very nice atmosphere and very clean. I also liked the way it was decorated for autumn/Halloween on our visit. The layout was a bit confusing for first timers, you seat yourself and then have to go up and queue to order your food. Would recommend a visit to this place as there is also a nice farm shop next door.”
