Great to see a local pub being so well supported.

The Yew Tree Inn
Spurstow, TarporleyManager potentially saved our lives! Staying in a wee cabin down the road with limited fuel for our fire left and loads of snow coming down - 3 logs kept us toasty through the night and stopped us from dying. Delicious food, too!

The Foresters Arms
92-94 High St, TarporleyWe arrived for a 2 night stay here and were warmly welcomed by Faye who was really helpful and friendly. She checked us in and showed us to our room which was very clean, warm and comfortable.
Lewis and Chris (the chef/owner) looked after us in the evening and the service and food were excellent.
The pub is very homely with a friendly atmosphere and we were made very welcome by everyone.
We will definitely be returning here.

51 High St, TarporleyWe came in here for a tea and a cake whilst visiting Tarporley. We had a pot of tea for 2. I had a Victoria sponge cake and my wife had the scone both really nice and the prices were good only £12.35. Would recommend.

Cotebrook, TarporleySomewhere we pass all the time and have often said we would try… We had our first experience yesterday evening and the food was absolutely stunning. Fantastic service, lovely traditional pub setting… Absolutely everything you could want from a country pub. Will definitely be back and couldn’t rate the place high enough thank you. Xx

Cotebrook, Tarporleybeen out for a family drive from Shropshire to Manchester called in for a drink on way back then decided let's have something to eat daughter had small haddock and chips myself and the wife had a small Sunday roast which was absolutely delicious will definitely be calling again

69 High St, TarporleyWhat a Gem we found visiting Tarporpley. We didn’t eat but the wine was beautiful! We had Josh serve us who offered us a taster B4 we bought. My hubby went with a Nice English Sav Blanc & me with a Spanish Sav Blanc. We were so comfortable & cozy we hand a 2nd round. The service was Excellent!! Im a customer service Executive & i would want Josh on my team. Thanks we will be back!

Visited for breakfast and after request, was able to park the bike outside. Very kind.
Bacon and egg barm with sourdough toast & marmalade, Sam had eggs benediction, both with coffee. Really nice, only little Diddy fault (if you class it a fault), the eggs were over poached, other than that, quality. Certainly visit again.

We always have a great time here, whether it’s a family lunch or a cozy dinner. And I especially love their choice of house champagne . Such an elegant touch that makes every visit feel a little bit special.
A truly charming spot that always feels like a treat , we can’t wait to come back again.

Lower Ln, Eaton, TarporleyWe drove 37 miles to visit Little Budworth for a walk and stopped off at The Drays Coffee Shop for Coffee and a Cake.This place is a lovely little tea room with great tasting fresh cakes and they make really nice Capuccino's,both full of flavour.The ladies who work here are really pleasant and polite and the atmosphere and surroundings are lovely.We will definitely be back....thank you!

From day one, I was welcomed by Gini’s warm and genuine hospitality, it’s what first drew me in. Her fresh salads are always a delight, the breakfast bowls are both nourishing and satisfying, and the best part is how easily I can stay on track with my macros. Being able to eat out while maintaining control over my portions and ingredients has been incredibly empowering. On top of that, the inviting atmosphere and Gini’s consistent kindness make it a joy to keep coming back. Supporting her and Fuel feels like a natural part of my wellness journey. Xx

The Village Chippy
School Ln, Bunbury, TarporleyI would give this place a 20 out of 10 if I could and I used to manage a successful chippy myself. Fish and chips were amazing as were the staff and owner. We have been before and will go again. Well worth the drive from Whitchurch and back.

The food was absolutely delicious, and what made the experience even better was the thoughtful gesture from the staff — we ordered to share (as I can’t eat much), and they split the meal across two plates without us even asking. Such a simple thing, but it meant a lot.

Beeston, TarporleyHad a really lovely visit at Sandstone Café today, after I visited the BeeStone Castle. I ordered two hot drinks and really enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the area. The lovely lady who served me was so happy and friendly – thank you for the warm service! ?
There are also plenty of tables (around 18) so it’s a great spot to sit, relax, and take your time.

Lockgate Coffee House, Whitchurch Rd, Beeston, TarporleyHad a jib out on the motorbike for breakfast. Was heading somewhere else but decided to try Lockgate out.
1st time here and won't be the last. Cracking cafe serving some good food and lovely fresh black coffee. Service was exceptional too. Interior of cafe was very well presented with plenty of seating with a fresh feel to the establishment.
Had the Granola sundae with a bacon barm. Couldn't fault it 1 iota.

Waiter & gent on the desk were both very professional, friendly and attentive.
Food was absolutely delicious! Good ingredients and fresh. No complaints what so ever.
Very generous portions, so much so we ended up taking about half back to our hotel with us.
Great prices, spend £20/£30+ more for the same dishes down south.
The whole establishment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated, pleasant Indian music playing in the background.
We were the only customers dining in however the takeaway was booming.
The fact they don't serve alcohol wasn't an issue at all, honestly who needs alcohol to appreciate good food?
