Stopped for a morning coffee on our way to Wales, and got a very warm welcome. Interesting shop next door, and well-stocked charity shop nearby, too!

Friendliest cafe in Tarporley. Lovely food, nice coffee, great cakes and chatty staff. Love it in here and it's dog friendly too.

Excellent cafe for lunch for our cycling group . Served 14 of us quickly and accommodated some off menu requirements. Good seating outside and under a canopy.

Called for lunch. Came over quickly with menu. Food and drink fairly quick. Coffee bland, food mediocre for price. Didn't remove plates waited ages and no one asked if we'd like anything else. Eventually got their attention and was told quite shortly I'll be over in a minute. Dry cake, no flavour. Disappointing, no atmosphere won't be back

Sat outside under the awning and enjoyed a very tasty flapjack and a hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was nice and hot. Thank you!Visited April 2022. Flapjacks are still grrrrrrrrrrrr8 !September 2023. It was a beautiful hot sunny day in Tarporley, we sat under the awning watching the world go by, enjoying a coffee and yet another fabulous flapjack.

Mixed experience here - some good...some not so good... First the good - the food itself was nice, with a wide range of lunch choices, cakes, (including gluten free ones) and beverages. Although we didn't have our dog with us, the cafe is also dog-friendly (appreciate some may not see this as a positive). The young lad working in the cafe was very pleasant, but was left largely on his own by other staff members for a while during the busy lunchtime rush period. I understand there is a need for staff breaks - but a bit unsure of the timing of these. Anyway - hats off to him, great service under the circumstances as the place was busy. Now the less good... there was a couple in the cafe at the time and the lady complained about a dirty fork, now i don't know if the fork was dirty or not to be honest - but we felt the member of staff was a bit terse with her when this was raised. Anyway the staff member cleaned the fork and returned it... job done etc.. however when the couple in question had left the member of staff (on a break and at a table in the cafe) decided to moan about her interaction with 'knife woman' (as the customer was referred to) while the cafe was full of other customers - I feel this is really bad form, regardless of rights and wrongs - surely staff gripes can be made behind the scenes and not in front of remaining customers? My impression was that the cafe has some good local support and custom - this is a good thing of course, but not sure we would return if back in the area given the above impressions made.

Latte Da welcomed 14 cyclists on a charity ride, and were very flexible and accommodating! Thank you very much! It has a nice outdoor space at the front which was ideal for watching the bikes, the passers-by and the wedding opposite!

Service was slow, lots of flies and noisy. Food ok but no hot water with drink even though it was requested. Staff seemed harassed and were irritable.Toilet claustrophobic, Mum struggled with doors.
