Wasn't a cafe. It was part of the old ruins in Beeston Castle. Lovely little place.

i walked the complete 34 miles of the Sandstone trail, and was very lucky the trail literally walked into the Cafe, probably the best sausage roll and snacks i had this hot summer (5 of June), a very much needed cold drink and hot drinks , the staff made the visit for me, worth the five stars, if they ever remake Logans run, i hope they use the Castle as a back drop.

Excellent picnic stop on the Sandstone Trail, even when the castle and cafe are closed.
Royal Hotel
Lovely cafe next to beeston castle, no inside seating but there are 2 huge brollies to sit under. No toilet facilities, but if you have visited the castle you can go back in there to use the facilities.

A nice little stop off point during my cycle rides around the area. Plenty of tables and all spread out. Staff are always pleasant

Lovely little English Heritage outdoor kiosk with hot and cold drinks, soup, and snacks. Outdoor seating consists of picnic tables and umbrella tables with great views over the fields. It was the perfect place to stop and have a bit to eat after exploring Beeston Castle. Lovely staff too!

Kiosk serving hot drinks and a few snacks with only outdoor seating. Nevertheless a welcome stop after ascending the hill to visit Beeston Castle next door. Friendly and efficient service, and nicely presented drinks in disposable cups, but hot chocolate could have been much hotter and more generous in volume.

Cold sausage bap on awful bread £4.50!Tepid coffee where most of the actual coffee had missed the cup £2.50Don't bother!
