Coffee was warm (just), service was OK and the lady was polite. Management told us it's closing imminently.Very little to highlight it was a fire station. All internal original decor was removed.

We visited Tarporley for the day last Sunday. We popped in to the shop to have a browse and couldn't have receive better service. The gentleman behind the counter was so helpful telling us where we could go and what was nearby to enjoy.He was so welcoming and friendly that it really made our day

Called in to Tarporley , having resided there until some 11 years ago, on the way to Wales thinking you can always find a place to get a quick drink and something to eat. Well that theory went out the window on a Sunday morning. Only two places open and with one being busy opted for the Old Fire Station. Sadly a dissapointment. Drinks and food ok along with the staff serving but that's about it. An air of run down and a trifle cramped between the tables. Done their best with being covid compliant in the circumsatnces.

Lovely little cafe, inside or beautiful outside space. Good food & drink, welcoming good fun staff, loved it here. Adjoined to card & gift shop, lots of nice ideas.
The member of staff that served me was a very rude young woman. I asked if I could see the menu and was told there was not one. I asked if I could have a sandwich and was told of how long ago was it when you were last here about 4 years ago? I said I was here 18 months ago in pre covid times when you served food. I just has a coffee outside where the tables had not been wiped down and debris on the ground where a brush would not be amiss. Altogether discourteous member of staff and unclean premises with uncovered henna tatoos all over her hands. If you want the custom for a small business then start looking after your customer's.

Lovely service, sensible covid restrictions. Nice coffees and toasted tea cake. Choclate shop looked good, although we didn't buy anything. Call in again whenever we are in the area.

Nice looking shop with a big choice of nice souvenirs but far too expensive to buy anything. I'm surprised that a shop in such a small but pretty village sells items at those prices. They are more like London tourist prices. Such a shame, especially in these strange times.
