Normally great here but since removing some seating from this very busy costa in Next, it’s not easy to get a seat. There’s several seats in the outside area but this was LOCKED!! Staff didn’t make me aware of this until after I’d purchased a drink so stood there like an idiot with nowyto sit. Luckily I’d requested a takeaway cup so had to sit in my car to drink my coffee. INFURIATING!!

I asked for a caramel whipped iced late when the wrong drink came the young man was talking about me to the other team members I ended up with a cup of watery iced milk disgusted
