First visit today, again always drove past this place and curiosity got the better of us. Welcomed warmly and shown to our seats, place was clean and tidy and well presented, our jolly server talked us through how we can order at the bar or through the qr code which was amazing made the whole process very easy and took the stress of having 4 kids jumping around away knowing we could order what ever we needed without waiting for someone to come to our table. Absolutely brilliant service, we were in a party of 20 guests eating both carvery and meals from the menu, quality and service was impeccable. The biggest point of our positive feedback is based around my neice being celiac, her allergy is quite serious and we struggle to find places that take it seriously. Excellent pub that goes above and beyond. The life and soul is provided by the owners and staff. Always have a polite level of service and respectful to all customers. Call here often as its handy from the M62.Very friendly place.Dietary restrictions: My daughter has a few allergies, after one of the owner asked he treated her like a princess, ensuring she was aware of all the relevant foods and isolated her cutlery etc.Couldn't have asked more.
