Went to greggs this morning and what a shambles, queuing outside the door and only one person on the counter waited 20 minutes to get served. You would think at busy periods like morning breakfast service they could put at least two on the counter will not be in a hurry to go back.

The sevice was OK but till training telble try pay with a Greg's vouchers and could not even work out to pay on it sorry will not be returning even getting my order wrong as well that ask for they staff seem just panic soon pulled my voucher if any one speak me from greggs feel free ?
