Excellent customer service from Bacca and his staff, especially Bacca Smiling and attentive to every individual, apologetic if a little delay for something, great rapport with everyone that walks in the door. One of the best Greggs I have been in. It’s worth driving to this Greggs for the consistency and great service.
We have visited a few times to the Handforth bakery recently. There is a young gentleman called Bacca?! that works there who should be recognised for his amazing customer service, great manner, friendly, polite, well knowledgeable work ethic...he told us about the offer we could get that day, which was a bonus! Went to greggs this morning and what a shambles, queuing outside the door and only one person on the counter waited 20 minutes to get served. You would think at busy periods like morning breakfast service they could put at least two on the counter will not be in a hurry to go back.
