Not flexible. Don't do half n half and wont even do a cheeseburger pizza where one half doesn't have the cheeseburger sauce. Pretty sure the cheeseburger pizza idea came as an idea to compete with McDonalds, but there I can customise every part of my burger. Not spending 25 quid on a pizza I can't adjust to suit my taste, there are 100s of pizza places, all more flexible. Wont return until this changes. Please reply if it does. Confused as to why franchisees are allowed to change brand rules by branch, just waters down the whole brand experience.

Grim experience . Wrong Pizzas given - told to drive back in with them to get replacement.. - got a call half way there and it was then agreed they would bring a replacement out after all - turned around went home - replacement came , I thought poor experience but innocent mistake so leave it at that... Wrong... ...phone call from ' Manager' - saying pizza we sent back wasnt the one sent out initially!?! - effectively calling me a liar - used them for years and never will again - and we were regulars for many,many years - never even a hint of an apology or even close - in fact the total opposite, cocky and accusatory - complaint is ongoing

We're ment to get 50% off the staff kept saying you carnt have two deals, even though we only received 1 pizza for 9.99 and it even said buy one get one free if you collect , then whilst discussing this they gave our pizza that we had paid for away and we had to wait for another pizza to be baked . I will never go back to this branch as the staff are clueless to the deals that are on offer not happy at all over an hour and a half for one pizza. When should of got 2

Just had two large pizzas delivered that are not cooked through and the dough is raw I'm the middle. We order regularly from here and never normally have issues. Called the store and explained, not really bothered. Shouldn't have to then put my oven on and cook pizzas through.
Pizza was well cooked served fast and delicious what more could you ask for

Ordered this evening and we had fantastic service from our delivery driver. She was incredibly friendly and she's an asset to Dominos. The lady had glasses and mentioned that she was also a dog walker if that helps identify her.

Appalling customer service from the delivery driver, my big Dip arrived, broken and open. Not only did the guy not turn up with a new one after saying so and I waited before I ate my pizza, the dude ACTUALLY had the nerve to just grunt at me like he didn’t want me to notice or something? Idk cuz he could clearly see it was broke when he passed it me, but waited for me to say anything, not that me saying anything helped cuz he didn’t even turn back up with new one. Pathetic.

Mostly good experience, asked for extra cheese but they didn't do this before the garlic bread was cooked so we ended up getting unmelted grated cheese thrown on the top which didn't melt on the way home.
