Since moving to Winsford five years ago, Bombay Lounge has been our go-to, and they have never, ever let us down. We've even proudly introduced our visiting family to this fantastic spot, and they've all been impressed.

The Gate Inn
Delamere St, WinsfordA close family and friends gathered together to raise a glass to someone we love very much. It was a special occasion and we were so taken care of the whole time we were there. The buffet was excellent and we were given endless teas and coffees.
Thank you so much, you all really helped to make a sad time in our lives memorable and enjoyable.

78 High St, WinsfordStopped in for a takeaway.The service was very good, friendly, and as quick as you could expect.The atmosphere, was good, however there were a couple of tables which were certainly on the loud side, making it harder than it needs to be to have a conversation, but hey it’s party season, it’s going to happen.

Premier Cafe Winsford Industrial Est, WinsfordCheap as chips but good food. Perfect stop off for a proper English breakfast or butties. Cash is preferred here as its a small business and payment by card does lose them money on charges. But they are happy to also take bank transfers

Truly amazing food, fast friendly service, all dishes served together made for a great evening! BYO drinks is a bit of a plus too. We will be back before returning to Australia without a doubt!!

Generous portions , and cooked to perfection... specifically the doner and chicken kebabs. We have our doner meat chucked on the grillnl to crisp it up , which they don't mind doing for us. And the chicken is perfect, unlike the usual dried up/over cooked rocks we usually get from other places.
Definitely our new go to takeaway!!!!

Needs new management, as sometimes staff look unhappy but understandable if the workplace moral is low.

Blakemere Village, Chester RdThe Village restaurant catered my wedding on Saturday, they were absolutely brilliant! The correspondence with Sophie left me very confident they knew what they were doing. She made us feel very comfortable and understood when we had to keep making revisions! (Sorry!)
We had a vegan, nut allergy and two vegetarians and they were so accommodating, making special separate dessert boards for them and special pizzas etc, very clearly labelled and covered to avoid cross contamination. The pizzas were delicious and my guests were complimenting everything all evening. They packed me and my husband items to take back with us as we were too busy to eat much during the reception!! We really appreciate everything they did for us, couldn't have been better!

Chester Rd, Little Budworth, WinsfordWe called into the pub on speck as we were staying at the caravan site nearby. The interior is warm and cosy and we were immediately made to feel welcome by the friendly host and his staff. A chalkboard sign in the bar boasted a new and improved steak pie so we, of course, had to try it. We chose the blackpudding starter to share first and that was delicious. The pie itself lived up the the hype and then some. So rich and tasty. The gravy deserves a mention on its own...so meaty! We were a bit full but still managed to squeeze a dessert in to share. The chef had just taken fresh brownies out of the oven and although not actually on the menu, we went with that. It was scrumptious and the Cheshire Farm ice cream accompanying it was perfect. All in all a really lovely evening.

63 Delamere St, WinsfordI am this pubs favourite customer , Nicola is the landlady and every time I come in she has such lovely things to say to me , oftentimes when she isn’t here other patrons of this fine establishment often say to me things such as “ oh Nicola was asking about you “ , “Nicola was talking about you yesterday” it’s nice to attend my local pub and receive the VIP treatment that I deserve . Oftentimes just pulling into the car park my £3.80 pint of carling is already waiting for me at the bar when I enter . It’s the type of service I expect and appreciate . It’s also appreciated that all the bar ladies faces light up when I enter , especially then bar manager Toni , she has told me on a number of occasions that her shift is so much better when I come in , her boyfriend is my best friend so I’m not sure if she says that because she’s my second best friend by proxy or if she genuinely means it , I think she does mean it though because I am a top guy that much is quite obvious . But enough talking about myself , this is a really good pub , everybody’s dead friendly , huge beer garden for the kids with swings and slides , always have lots of events on and stuff and the regulars , myself mainly are absolutely sound . Great local boozer , especially when I’m in

Rifleman Inn
Weaver St, WinsfordThe Rifleman is a lovely pub and a great place to wet your whistle, its got beer, cider, lagers and spirits.
It's got a convenient car park to the side entrance of the outside seating area.
It's placed just off the main winsford road on the junction of weaver street and dingle lane so good for passers by.
Also there's a newsagents right opposite for cigarettes, newspapers etc..
The rifleman is very popular on Friday and Saturday nights and open everyday I believe ?
