We ordered an order of three meals. Unfortunately we didn't get the pork cha shu fried rice that we ordered...instead we got a special chow main that we didn't order. The salt and pepper box was very expensive for what you got. Unfortunately, the girl on the till had an infectious sounding deep chest cough. She shouldn't be working when I'll in a food establishment. I'm afraid I wouldn't come here again. very disappointing.

Very poor service we have ordered from them for years they missed part of our order then sent the missed order 20 minutes later and blamed their delivery driver terrible customer service had to ring numerous times to have the phone put down on us

Always have Chinese take away from here. Good always arrives hot and very tasty. Staff are Piotr and friendly. They also take card payments.

I have used this take away a few times and I’m always happy with the food and the service. There is a lovely polite well spoken lady who takes your order and the food is reasonably priced and tastes good. You can’t go wrong with the Lucky House if you’re in Winsford.
