Often at this Drive Thru and order in store, McDonald’s Winsford the service is extremely slow and they often get parts of the order wrong. I’ve often had missing items. Often the food packing area is rammed full of items to the point of overflow.

I've left a negative review in the past because of the amount of times they've not customised an order correctly, usual in regards to leaving it the cheeseToday amongst my order I included a double cheeseburger. They got the customisation right, but only put one patty on, so it's not double!? I can go to other chains and never have screw ups, but better it's consistently bad

"Fast food" or so they say.. This is by far the worst mcdonald's I've came across I've been waiting over an hour for my food I've been trying to get through to them on the phone for another 45mins and they keep saying there waiting on a driver ? then waited another 30 mins finally got through again fs to then tell me to come and collect it what a waste of time

Called for lunch on 18th Dec. All tables full. A kind waitress found us a table quickly. The self order unit did not issue a receipt and missed the collection number. A very kind lady on the till found the order and the the first helper delivered the order to the table. Brilliant service-all with a smile! The food was good. The whole place was clean despite being busy. This is one of the best McD’s in the area.

This McDonald’s is dreadful!!! Staff are rude, unbothered and all very very seedy. Food is disgusting. Always cold, chips are soggier than one of the staff in winndow 1’s personality. Always make you wait!!! Even if you ordered a napkin they’d make you sit in bay 3 for about 10 mins until a beast of McDonald’s worker comes out and delievers you your mingling food. Someone needs to take legal action against this McDonald’s and the owner of it. Rubbish rubbish rubbish!! What happend to good old McDonald’s Gross place

Food is as per McDonald's standard but service is never great through the drive through. 3 wrap of the day shouldn't mean having to wait 5mins in a parking bay.

Shocking customer service. The way they speak to their customers is just disgusting. Food is alright but they always do it wrong, every single time I’ve ordered form here there was food missing, no straws and no sauces that I paid for. There’s some people there that just don’t know how to speak to other people and they’re just disgusting- (not all of them) when I go McDonald’s all they’re doing is standing around and chatting instead of doing they’re work. Worst place I don’t recommend going here.
Ordered food online, was delivered half a mile away from our location, rang the store, told us to go up to collect. Got there, and refused to replace the order. Assistant manager extremely rude and arrogant.

If you're hoping for a delivery from this restaurant, don't hold your breath for it. Don't think I've ever received complete order from there. Never mind that fries never been warm

Average. Usually have to go back as order is rarely correct. Will still go as do like a good maccies every now and then. Just remember to check your order before leaving and it's fine.

Cheap and cheerful food. Ordered on screen for takeaway. Unfortunately despite asking for 2 sweet chilli wraps without mayo and one without cucumber too. We got one as Ordered, the other was a caesar wrap with bacon! Obviously we didn't want to open everything to check so we only noticed when home. I would have preferred my sweet chilli, but could manage to eat the caesar, and it was quite nice. Sorry to whoever got the sweet chilli one, but I didn't want to waste more time and food getting cold. Quite a wait too for order.
