So, I went in for a sandwich this morning. Deli meats with salad. I asked for onions and she put about 4 slices on. I said I'm going to need about 4 times that. She then proceeded to tell me its all the onions she has until Tuesday and she can't give me more as the portion sizes are 7 grams. She said she will give me more but will charge me 50p. So instead of giving me extra onions the sandwich had to go in the bin. Never had this problem at any other subway before. The company advertises make it how I want it. And charging for extra salad is a first for me. It was a blessing in disguise, the salad all looked a week old and I swear some of the lettuce stuck to the side of the container had something white growing on it. I've previously found maggots in this establishment and it seems the standards have not changed.

Consistently wrong orders! Always order Turkey subs and most of the time I receive ham! They are not reachable to complain, avoid at all costs.

Ordered off just eat to be delivered. Received a notification that the driver was at the restaurant to then receive another message saying my order had been cancelled with no explanation. And now says they’re not taking order at the moment. Absolute joke

Horrid arrogant service and quality of food is awful. Salad is looking like something from the rubbish bin, no attention to detail, no bother at all. Staff is looking as they can't be asked to be there..more preoccupied with delivery orders! Tomatoes are frozen to taste and mushy, pepper slices are enormous..asked for salt and pepper and was told it was too late as I should of asked before..never again..hope manager is super proud of the staff, customer services and produce

Use to be a place with nice stuff around I'm a delivery guy and always I go on boys shift I feel like I'm disturbing no manners to say hi and good bye lack of politeness can't say the same about the girls they are a very nice and polite ones makes me feel welcome
