I popped in to have a drink and use their Wifi (thanks to Openreach for messing up my internet). The service was so helpful and friendly and the whole atmosphere was warm, cosy and everything you want your local to be.Will definitely be back and very often!”
Bar • “The atmosphere here is amazing, lovely staff and they are always happy to talk and interact, the drinks are amazing and they have a large range of drink options, the location is nice and quiet and it's a lovely area outside and inside, the food is amazing as well, its filling and they was so good with dietary restrictions, making sure everything Is clean and comes into no contact with allergensVegetarian options: Huge range and they are always happy to change a recipe to make them vegetarianKid-friendliness: Brought my niece here and she has so much fun playing aroundWheelchair accessibility: Very easy to get around and everything is in sight and easy to see everythingDietary restrictions: They made sure everything was not in contact with allergens and was amazing with now nice it is”

Bar • “Great food and really dog friendly.This solo traveller and Reg the dig were warmly welcomed and Reg snaffled a few dog treats from the bar.The oven baked salmon and coconut rice were just what I needed, and the blueberry and ice cream Belgian waffle was divine.”

Bar • “Wonderful rooms and definitely a unique experience. Staff all seemed friendly and happy. A few things missing. I would have expected tissues and some stationary in the room. Also, some more information on opening times etc. Of ours. For instance, nobody told us about the lovely chillout library zone, which we definitely would have used but did not discover until another guest told us in the morning. But my biggest moan is the fact that we was going there to celebrate. Our 31st wedding anniversary. And booked the chapel restaurant 2 months. Previously separate to the hotel booking. To make sure there wouldn't be a problem. Only to have a phone call the week before telling us that they have decided to Close the restaurant. the lady apologised on the phone. This did not help us. And we decided to walk into the town itself and have a meal at a local restaurant. Did think we might have received some chocolates or something by way of an apology. Would have expected better service from a 4 star hotel.”
Bar • “On Saturday the 16th of September we called in to have a look round and the changes that the new owners of the park have done is very good.We use to come to hengar manor every year for 2 weeks in September but noticed that it was going down hill. The last time we stayed was 2015. The place was looking shabby and seemed as it was not loved anymore.Well what we saw on Saturday we liked it that much we booked to go back again next year in September for 2 weeks and me and my partner can't wait”
“Fantastic!!Cannot fault a thing!!Great food, great value for money and nice comfortable atmosphere.Stopped for Sunday Lunch without booking. Friendly welcome.We had the roast beef, the beef itself was cooked to perfection! Falling apart, tender and tasty.The Large is very large, regular is a good size.Gravy good, veg good...... Literally everything was good and I'd find it difficult to fault any of it.Toilets were immaculately clean!!Spot On!!”
