Called in 7.30 on a Saturday, ordered at machine, went to sit down, every table dirty, rubbish on floors, bins overflowing, disgusting, found a relatively clean table and then told some of our order they were out of, asked for a refund and left.Sort the cleaning issues out, go visit the McDonald's down the road and take note!

I love going to bodmin as firstly they put pool Camborne to shame,their professionalism is second to none they give you a good selection of chicken in their buckets and their manners are second to none,the lovely lady that served me thru the drive thru was extremely pleasant.Vegetarian options: ExceptionalParking: Plenty of spaceKid-friendliness: Very welcoming

Waiting on fresh chips our chicken was left sat on the side whilst the chips were cooked as they’d none ready. I asked for the chicken to be put back under the heat, the lady serving ran her hands through touching everything and said it was still warm. She’d handled cash and not washed her hands between touching food. Asked for chicken to be replaced to be met with hostility. Poor hygiene practice from this lady.Food was all replaced by another member of staff. All food was hot and tasted good however the clear disregard for food hygiene and attitude by the female member of staff tainted the experience

One of the nicer stores around, the staff seem to be on it. The seating area was relatively clean, at least the tables were all clear of food stuffs. Offered the usual selection but actually a little more expensive than a sister site. The atmosphere here isn’t the best, it goes between too quiet and look loud. All in all not the worst experience.Kid-friendliness: Good for kidsWheelchair accessibility: The building is wheelchair accessible but the door is currently broken so you may need assistance

Worst KFC experience EVER! Ordered through drive through and waited almost 30mins at the window for a simple order of 2 snack boxes and 2 drinks. Firstly, the drinks came out with no straws after which the window was shut infront of our faces with nobody coming back with the rest of our order for at least 20 minutes. When the rest of the order finally came out, half of the order was missing, again which nobody bothered to come up to the window for ages to give us the rest of it. Recieved rest of the order after a while without a single apology, not even a ‘sorry for the wait’. All whilst witnessing the staff standing around, on their phones, constantly binning a load of food. Absolutely appalling, untrained and unprofessional staff.
Food was ok for a KFC, one of the better ones. They did manage to get my order wrong and its probably a regular thing as other customers were checking their orders before leaving.

Told they don't have enough chicken ready for a bucket and would have to wait 20 minutes..... They were out of hot drinks and ice cream also...... they took half our tables order and then went ahead and prepared this which took ages and then served the other half the table so we all are separately.To top this off their super bright "Tara" asked us if we would like sweet chilli or mayonaise dip and then when we said sweet chili was immediately told they don't have any.... Eh...... Why ask then......Oh and on the way out went to use the loo.....Nice.... !!!
