A local told us not to eat there but went anyway as we fancied Chinese. Salt and pepper ribs were more like leather attached to gristle. The egg fried rice may be radioactive given the colour. The pork balls contained a meat of dubious origin. All round it was generally edible but uninspiring and not really worth the money.

Passer by warned us this is the worst Chinese in Bude. Turned out edible but not great value. Would go again, just avoid anything eggy.

Ordered here for the first time as I’m staying in bude …. Not impressed at all the noodles where slushy and yes very soupy and the meat was just thick cuts slapped on top of my noodles. The sweet and sour chicken balls where very stringy and not very tasty at all. I would not recommend at all. Absolutely gutted as I was looking forward to a Chinese on my last night in bude :(

Had a lovely Chinese takeaway from Silver River while staying a Widemouth Bay caravan park. Food was still nice and hot when we got back to the caravan. Fast efficient and polite service. Tasty food. Recommended.

Cash only, we all know why businesses are cash only in this day and age! Usually boycott businesses like this but my family wanted Chinese food on their holiday. Food was ok to be fair but I'd use a different restaurant for our takeaway meals when in Bude next as all Chinese takeaways seem to be cash only.

After doing a bit of research and reading some reviews, we decided on this one.The shop was busy, so we thought it was a good sign.Our order : chips, chicken chow mein, chicken and duck rice, chicken balls, and bbq sauceFood :chips and bbq sauce were very nice.BBQ sauce was full of flavour. Chips were plentiful, fluffy, and crispy.Chow mein was very bland with a LOT of onion and hardly any chicken. Quite tasteless and was Dissapointed.Rice - good portion of chicken and duck meat. Again, the rice was bland but it did have more flavour than the chow mein.Chicken balls. - chicken pieces were tiny inside a very doughy batter. Not much flavour again, and some were very chewy.I don't think I would use this Chinese again.Parking: Parking available on street outside, but very busy.

We pre ordered for a wedding party prior to the wedding approx 25 people. The service was amazing, the food was ready when booked for, every single dish was correct and all guests commented how lovely the food was. A big thank you to the staff for a job well done ?

Best Chinese we have had in ages. Was an impromptu takeaway order when we struggled to find anywhere to seat us with 2 dogs. Took back to caravan. Was still hot and so tasty.
