“We were very welcome. Paul was very friendly and the service was perfect. Our meal (starters and main course) was perfectly cooked. The meat was excellent and exactly like ordered. We only can recommend to visit this place. Very reasonable prices for this high quality. We know what we are talking about. Are from Switzerland and used to high standards. Paul you met all our expectations!”

“We visited while staying in Davidstow. The pub is a proper pub as they used to be so don't be expecting a gastro pub. Had a lovely welcome and served quickly. The landlady explained that they had recently had a fire in the kitchen which meant they could not do their usual menu. They did however do food on their outside grills and pizza oven. We had a mixture of pizzas, nachos and sides. All our food was really good and reasonably priced. Please be kind when reviewing this pub. They have got through COVID and now suffering from a fire but still trying to survive while offering lovely food.”
