I’ve never had to wait so long for food, over 2 hours and when I eventually got it, it was not what I ordered and it was freezing. The lady in the phone was nice and tried to sort it. Shame because I’ve ordered quite a few times and it’s not been not bad.

We ordered the breakfast delivery via Deliveroo. The food took nearly 2 hours to arrive , it was supposed to take 1. When I tried to call BLT to ask where our order was the phone number didn’t work . When eventually the food did turn up it was cold and missing items. Very disappointed and wont be ordering from them again.

If I could leave a zero star I would, The quality of food is absolutely disgraceful and they should be truely ashamed of them selves for serving this standard of food the milkshake was in edible and the breakfast was greasy ? please people I beg of you do not waste your money on this place, go somewhere else.

Place is just down from where I live, and yet delivery took over 90 minutes. All the food arrived cold, the packaging was leaking grease. The chips were so dry it seems they were reheated in the microwave. Bought 2 dishes and a side, total came to over £30, complete waste of money.

i was very worried after i ordered from seeing previous reviews but this is one of the best takeaways me and my partner had, only downside was i ordered natural yogurt and was given ice cream, it came 20 minutes early, 100% improvement from previous reviews, will continue to come now.

I waited more than an hour for my food to arrive for it to be cold and disgusting. The cheese was horrible and the chicken was cold, the chips were soggy and had no flavor. I used to love this BLT but I don't think ill order my lunch from here again. Their breakfast on the other hand isn't bad so I recommend having breakfast.

My partner ordered through Uber Eats tonight and never got his order. After multiple phone calls and being told its on the way, he spoke to someone who said he would find out where the driver is and would ring him back. Never got a call back and his food was all of a sudden marked as delivered on Uber Eats, went and checked outside and there was nothing there. Currently awaiting a refund from Uber Eats which could always be rejected. Will never waste my money on this place again.

Disgusting service. Will never use again. Made an order on my birthday. Waited 2 hours, nothing. phoned them up. closed, no answer. Phoned today, they said they would phone one delivery and get back to me, [they like to blame others for their own faults]...they never phoned me back, so had to phone one delivery for my refund which i am told will take 3 days" presently fraud". This is the worst place i have ever dealt with, sure enough they will not take responsibility. The woman never even apologized on the phone, They will go under and it will be there own doing, the reviews say it all. Be very careful ordering from this circus show.

I ordered my food and never got it.Whenever I asked the staff where my food was I would constantly get told the kitchen is busy and you'll get it when you get it.I never got it, all the way to the point of them closing and never got a refund.I'll never recommend, this place horrible place.
I ordered food via the delivery service. When it came the salad was missing, he forgot my coffees when he brought them to me they were cold. The ice cream was melting and to top it off the chicken in the burger was stone cold. The delivery chap said he would refund me which they haven't. When i got in contact with the delivery service there response was £5 credit which is totally unexceptable. Have tried to call the restaurant several times with no answer. Will definitely not be using them again. Appalling.

Been in Falmouth for a couple of days and didn’t fancy going out out again so decided to try Uber Eats. Ordered a couple of burgers from here and we were very surprised with not only the speed in which it arrived but the outstanding quality of the food. Not every day you can get decent tasting burgers and proper chips, but these guys do it by the bucket load, can guarantee we’ll be coming back to eat here again, and anyone reading this should do the same.

I’ve been ordering food from here over the years to my workplace About 5 miles away. The food is always tasty, it’s pup style grub. The delivery service is great, the staff were polite and helpful when my order was delayed due to my delivery address, she came straight back up with my food and it was delicious.

I ordered this evening and thought it was taking a while to arrive. Just looked online and it's taken the £40 but no food has arrived. Called them up and the man said "its because were closed". When I questioned why they took my £40 and didn't notify me sooner (it's been an hour) he said it should be back in my account soon. Super annoyed and now £40 down for however long so can't order anything else elsewhere.Moral of the story: just because it's open online and it takes your money doesn't mean it's actually 'open'.
