First time staying here and we loved it. Owners were very accommodating, breakfast was lovely (cooked fresh when you order) and a lovely selection of continental breakfast in the room all layed out. Lovely B&B, clean and warm with a good shower. The rooms don't seem to have numbers, which I think is a nice touch, we had the "Stracey" room which was tastefully decorated and a good bed. We like the occasional trips to Falmouth and will definitely stay at the Bosanneth again.Walkability: Just a couple of minutes from Gyllyngvase beach and coast path and about 15 minutes to Pizza Express.

Arrived at Bosanneth and was greeted by a lovely young lady with the key and all the information that we needed. The room was beautiful and spotless breakfast was far more than adequate and served with lovely waiting staff. The outlook from our bedroom was over the sea and onto the beach. Would highly recommend Bosanneth. Falmouth itself is well worth a visit lots of lovely bars and food you would love. Within easy reach of hotel Co-op, Bar, Swimming pool restaurant. Hope it helps

Had to book last minute due to a nightmare Airbnb that I had booked. Wish I had booked Bosanneth fro the get go!! It is lovely and cosy and very well furnished. Location is perfect for beach. Will definitely be coming back!

Zana and her team were so welcoming and friendly, they couldn't do enough for us. The 'Garden Room' we had was absolutely gorgeous, plenty of space and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was cooked to order and was excellent. Thank you

Great location - very near to one of the beaches. A short walk from the train station (less than 10 minutes). Falmouth town centre is a little further away. Our room was well designed, compact and comfortable, but the addition of a fan would be good in the hot weather. We found the choice at breakfast disappointing. The only cooked option was to choose from the components of a standard cooked breakfast. During this holiday we have also stayed at other similarily sized and priced B&B who have offered more variety, for example smoked salmon, pancakes, porridge.
This place is a must see! It’s absolutely beautiful and Zana and David are the loveliest hosts. Perfectly situated, walking one minute to the sea, ten minutes to the town centre. Excellent made to order breakfast and a decent cup of tea! Loved it and cannot wait to return.

Clean, friendly, classy, great breakfast. This was ideally located for coast path walkers and did all you hope for from a B&B. Comfortable bedding and lovely fresh fruit along with the usual cooked breakfast options.

Bosanneth and the staff (owners) are en credible. Makes you feel right at home. We stayed in the room with direct view on the beach and it was great. The breakfast is the best we had in many many years and fresh made to your choice every morning. Best way to start your day. Private parking right in front of your door. Walks to center Falmouth around 10-12 minutes but Falmouth is a great starting point for lots a famous spots. Do not forget to have a nice dinner at Pandora Inn!!! We will be back!!! Thanks all @ Bosanneth. We loved it.

The hotel was really good and the owners were fantastically helpful. Liked · The breakfast was exceptional - a highlight of each day. Wonderful local produce cooked and served just the way I like it. The hotel was stylish, relaxing and welcoming. The only area for improvement would have been a slightly larger room.
