Stunning location for a very nice pub. Food was delicious and pretty reasonable for the huge portions. Car park is a bit tricky, but this place is definitely worth the effort to get to.

Been coming here, boy and man, since the late 1960s; this pub never disappoints. Great food, beer and friendly staff plus a location to die for.

I've visited the Pandora on many occasions and really enjoyed the food and the location either inside during cold weather or the great views outside. My lower rating for service simply reflects a disappointment with their head office who were not prepared to make an exception to honour a gift voucher that my wife had which had been given to her by her daughter to celebrate with her since late husband who became seriously ill so she was unable to use the voucher. Admittedly the voucher had expired some 3 years ago but I hoped that someone in authority would realize the significant emotional meaning it had to her and it's not like they would have been losing money as the voucher had been paid for.Yes, strictly speaking the voucher had the expiry as so many do but you would hope that there would be someone in authority with compassion rather than simply just operating like a business who doesn't care. The local Pandora manager did speak to their head office for me but the local manager could not do anything without head office approval.Hence my 2 stars for service.Shame for this, as it is a lovely inn.

The Sunday roast carvery is amazing. Lovely views over the estuary, with lots of beautiful walks to explore the area before settling down to a drink in front of the fires.

Perfect river side pub with cosy traditional interior and ample outdoor seating. Dog friendly and lovely views.Amazing food and service, would be a regular if possible.

They went cashless. Dropped from four star review to one star. Any establishment that plays a part in a cashless society should learn the hard way. Will never return (even if it was only a trial) there's no turning back from this decision. Disgraceful

We nearly always make an effort to visit the Pandora when we're in Cornwall. It has beautiful waterfront views. The ale (St Austell Brewey) and wine selections are very good, as is the food and service. We've never been disappointed. The only problem you'll have is parking as it's always very busy.

Lovely pub. Eaten here many times and everything has always been very tasty and good quality. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Good selection on the menu. Great that they serve food all day. Although the car park is a decent size parking can be difficult at the busiest times. Highly recommend.
