Very friendly and attentive service.Vegetarian options: Large selection of vegetarian options for breakfast.

No here Not there

Difficult to find seafood restaurant this time of year, walked to the location in afternoon to confirm open for dinner, no sign or any indication it will be closed after lunch service.Sign showed open for dinner 6-9Followed sign and purchased own wine as they do not have alcohol for sale.Very disappointed to walk down only to find it closed!!Ended up taking taxi to ‘hooked on the rocks’ as we were set on seafood2 stars as I don’t want the rating to take away from what could have been a tasty meal

Booked for steak & lobster night but had a text saying that due to recent bad weather there would be no lobster. We both had scallops & black pudding for starters,I had crab & prawn linguine, other half had lamb followed by sticky toffee pudding. I must say the food was amazing & plentiful & lovely relaxed service. We will definitely be back again (hopefully for lobster!)

Maybe we just went on a bad day as I had high hopes of this place and other reviews here are pretty positive overall. The restaurant is divided into two, one half is like a coffee shop and the other is more of a restaurant. The coffee shop side did not look great. Whilst there is lots of choice on the menu which is good, the meals we chose were not good. I suggest avoiding the steak in particular which was particularly poor in our opinion. I would consider it more canteen than restaurant. The service was fine and the young waitress that brought the food was friendly. Being able to bring your own wine is a positive. But I wouldn’t recommend the place at all which is a shame as I wanted to like it and support a local business.

Nice cosy ambience and the best bouillabaisse ever. Plus the Bring Your Own policy means you save a fortune on excessive wine mark-ups. We'll be back soon.

Excellent lobster and squid with the best local Fal oysters I have ever had. Love the bring your own wine policy. You can match a good bottle without breaking the bank. The service is relaxed (no bad thing) and friendly. Really great chips and nice salads. The only minor note was the steak, which we ordered rare, but it came well done. It's difficult with a thin steak. This is a small restaurant so tables are slightly squished together, but not uncomfortable. Fantastic quality at a very reasonable price. Recommended.

Best meal we have ever had in Falmouth!! The food was outstanding! Service brilliant and just overall a wonderful evening. We had lobster and steak and it was the best fish we have had in a long time, we would recommend to anyone and cannot wait to visit again. So reasonable and great portions we all came away so satisfied. Don't hesitate in going, but definitely book. BYOB is also great and they provided all glasses and ice etc. Cannot rave enough

Honestly the best food we have had in Falmouth. The food was fresh, reasonable and just absolutely delicious. We cannot wait to go back already. We took our parents who were visiting and they already are asking that we go again when they next return. We had the lobster and steak and it was so amazing, the chips, salad and bread that also come with it were brilliant. To top it all off the service was brilliant, they were so friendly and welcoming. The BYOB element was also great and meant we could have exactly what we fancied. Would recommend to anyone, do not hesitate in booking!

My review was flying to the heavens with a dazzling 5 stars. So why the hesitation and a fallen star I hear you ask dear reader? A random discovery on our arrival in fabulous Falmouth. As is often the case anywhere in the world, the best is found up a side street and away from the waterfront. This gem is no exception. We popped our heads in and received a warm welcome by beautiful Angie. She found a table for us which was available later that evening. Perfect for a pre dinner pint on Angie's recommendation at the wonderful Seven Stars locals' freehouse pub. See separate review. A cosy and unpretentious dining room with probably just a dozen covers. One could be in a private living room. It was the first day of Falmouth's Oyster Festival so mandatory for oysters as an appetiser. Huge and plump. Absolutely delicious. For starters a lobster bisque and scallops. Divine. My mains the prawn and crab pasta dish. Perfect. Sadly the mussels were a disaster, even after they were graciously replaced. Inedible. What was chef doing and thinking? It pains me to say 1 star. The £12 cost was removed from the final bill which was still excellent value at £58. This, largely due to the restaurant being a BYO with no corkage! A rare treat and exception in the UK. A 10 quid good bottle of wine from the local shop would otherwise easily add £30 to the bill. I don't believe in the afterlife. The during life is sufficiently complicated but surely you would be pleased to find this restaurant amongst the stars? ????

We came to this small but fabulous seafood resturant by chance as the booking we did have fell through, and are we glad it did. The front of house was very friendly as was the waitress and the food did not disappoint,we all had scallops two of us had the lamb and the other had hake which we all thoroughly enjoyed. No room for puddings I'm afraid but they sounded delicious. You have to bring your own wine which is great. Its such a shame we live in Exmouth and not Falmouth as this would be our favourite place. If you're in the area this is a place not to be missed would recommend highly. Well done to all and many thanks for a great evening

Staff were really lovely and the food was good but very big portions so be ready to eat loads! Loved the themed cafe and you can buy little trinkets to take home too.

Me and my partner were really looking forward to this restaurant and meal and were excited about the menu. Turned up and restaurant was small but charming. The two staff were nice and starters no complaints - massive portions and tasty. But this is where it started to go downhill. There was only eight customers in the restaurant however we waited over 40 minutes for some scallops and a piece of fish with sides of fries. But then I am not surprised with the chef also being the waitress, cleaner and drinks server, while the other sat and only stood up when absolutely needed. The last straw was when I watched the front of house lady help her self to a few of my fries as they waited for the chef to bring them out from the serving counter - obviously was just testing the seasoning! The scallops were cold and gritty. Quiet environment and front of house made it uncomfortable to complain. Only good this was bring your own alcohol!

We were booked in for Saturday evening, but saw that they had a lobster night Friday, so we went in on both days as the lobster night was really nice. On the Saturday we had the seafood platter, The staff there are really nice and attentive and they were dog friendly.

We were looking for a local fish restaurant and so pleased we came across this one. We were made to feel very welcomed in a very relaxed atmosphere. Other tables were returners, a very good indicator on how good the food is. Super fresh local fish and produce. All very delicious and generous portions. I had the skate wing and hubby lobster bisque and the hake. Would recommend both dishes. Need to book in advance. You won’t be disappointed. BYO wine
